Every request is recorded. The record is written asynchronously, so it is
best-effort at the moment it happens and authoritative once the day is sealed.

Each day at 03:00 UTC the previous day is frozen into one immutable object,
hashed, chained to the day before, and signed. Only the head is published.

You may verify that the past was not rewritten. You may not read the raw log.
nerone may read everything.
